Celebrate your pet's life and give hope to shelter animals in need
Add your beloved pet’s photo and story to our Rainbow Bridge Memorial Wall, and help another pet find the love they deserve.
Remembering the Ones Who Changed Our Lives β€οΈ
Pets are part of the family. They’re our quiet companions, our little shadows, our constant source of joy. When they leave us, they never really go — they stay with us in our memories and the love we carry forward.
Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day on August 28 is a chance to honour that love. It’s a time to reflect on the joy they brought to you and celebrate their life.
From one life loved, to one life saved.
When you make a donation in memory of your pet, you’ll get share their photo and story on our Rainbow Bridge Memorial Wall, which will stay on the wall for 12 months. The Memorial wall is a tribute page filled with love, laughter and treasured memories that celebrate the lives of pets who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
Plus your donation will help another pet in our care receive the love and support they need to find a home of their own. It’s a special way to honour your pet’s memory, and keep their love alive by giving animals in need a second chance.
Your pet’s place in our Rainbow Bridge memorial wall is more than a memory - it’s a lifeline for a pet in need, providing them hope for a bright future full of love.π

From that day on, Patch thrived - sharing years filled with joy, adventure, and unconditional love. He was even the inspiration for Laurn and the Lions Club of Salisbury to create the Doggy Day Out in Mawson Lakes! Sadly, Patch passed away in 2025 after a battle with terminal cancer. Though he is deeply missed, his memory lives on in the hearts of those who loved him, and in the countless lives touched by his story.
Patch reminds us that every animal deserves a second chance, and that sometimes, the perfect match is just waiting for the right moment to be found.
