Help me help the animals for my birthday

Hi everyone

This year for my birthday on September 23rd I'm raising funds for The Animal Welfare League.

The work AWL does saves the lives of countless animals and changes the lives of everyone who adopts and takes a pet home - I know because I've seen it happen.

The AWL has been part of my life since I was young. My family welcomed abandoned pets into our home when I was a kid. 

And a couple of years ago my parents adopted a beautiful and frightened cat, Margie. Since then, Margie has grown from hiding permanently behind furniture to gradually taking ownership of the house. 

As our costs of living go up, the cost of feeding animals, keeping them safe and finding them homes goes up too. 

So, if you can, help me make life easier for the animals at the AWL and the staff who care for them. 

Any donation you can make helps them and helps the animals who most need it and goes toward food, shelter, microchipping, worm treatments and vaccinations.
